I love that quote, as it says to me.... Why worry? Why waste thoughts and energy on something that is not real? Better to make up future stories and images in my head that will serve me and excite me instead of stop me in my tracks.
So... one of my imaginary troubles is starting this blog. I have been in the fog of the blog. You know, that place that keeps you frozen from action. And the only cure I know is to just start writing.
And then I hear:
- You are not a writer
- Who wants to hear what you want to say
- I don't really even know how to post this thing
- What is a blog anyway?
- Can I use poetic license, or does my grammar have to be perfect?
- How will anyone even know where to find it?
But I'm writing. I doing it right now! I'm a writer. And I'll figure out how to publish it. And people will find it and read it, and they will be inspired by what I have to say. They will be waiting for my next post. And what I have to say will make a difference.
So I've cut through the fog. I'm publishing my first post. Stay tuned. It is going to be magnificent!
